The Bhut Jolokia Chocolate (a.k.a. ghost pepper chocolate) is very similar to the Ghost Pepper but with a more subtle flavour – slightly sweeter with a hint of smoky – that’s reminiscent of other “chocolate” chili varieties like chocolate habaneros and chocolate scorpion peppers. The Chocolate Bhut is slightly milder in heat that the red Bhut Jolokia.
