We love white chillies! The Blondie Chilli is an unusual baccatum that ripens to white. Pods look quite a bit like Aji Crystal in shape. The fruit goes from bright lime green to cream white with purple touches then to an ivory white-like colour. The flavour is clean and taste is fresh aromatic with hints of unripe tomato, citrus and exotic fruit.
