It looks like a brain because of its lumpy appearance, but brain strain is actually what happens when you eat it! A unique pepper with pods 2-1/2” long and 2-1/2” wide with crinkled red skin. It has a pineapple-like fruity taste and a whole lot of heat. Plants grow to 3’ tall and produce fruit all season.
