The Hungarian black is a rare & colourful hungarian heirloom chilli. A tall sturdy plant growing to 75cm (30in), they have green foliage with purple veins and produce beautiful purple flowers. The pods are about the same size and shape as a Jalapeno. Starting as a beautiful purple flower the fruit will then start green before turning a glossy black and finally maturing to red in approximately 70 days.
