The Rain Forest pepper is from South America from the southern rainforests of Brazil. They are fast growers that shoot out vine like branches. The are productive plants that produce apple-like shaped pods that mature from green to yellow/orange red. The heat is mild to medium and the flavour is fruity sweet with a hint of tomato like taste. Very fresh tasty crunchy peppers. Great for stuffing’s, salads, sauces, fresh salsa and pickling.
