The Mulato Isleno Pepper is A mildly hot poblano type pepper that matures from a dark green to deep chocolate brown. Peppers around and up to 8 x 15cm, tapering to a blunt end, similar in size to the Ancho, but is slightly longer and flatter and tastes slightly sweeter. The flavour is rich and complex, especially when cooked. A real gourmet chilli.
