The 7 pot yellow is a chilli pepper that originates from Trinidad. It is a great chilli pepper to make up as a sauce. The pungency of this pepper is similar to that of the Bhut Jolokia and Naga Morich. It’s said that 1 pod will spice seven pots of stew.
