Common in both Turkish and Asian shops, Bullet Chillies are a medium-sized, cone-shaped chilli with medium-thick flesh. As they mature they change from green to red in colour. Bullet chillies are defined by their culinary versatility: they can be used as a substitute for jalapeño chillies, or cut up and fried when they are either green or red. The reach about 70cm in length.
