The Yellow Pequin is a rare variety from Mexico. This variety has similar sweet tones like the Aji Charapita. But tends to grow bigger and is more productive. The Yellow Pequin originated in the state of Queretaro, Mexico, in the small town of San Miguel Palmas. and was discovered by a man name Jeronimo Hernandez, also known as “Chucho.” These plants don’t just look stunning they have a great flavour too.
