Rodo Red

The Rodo Red chilli pepper is a traditional Italian variety that produces a small round fruit similar to the habanero/scotch bonnet. When immature the pods are dark green but the red intensifies as it matures. Although this is generally a sweet chilli pepper, the hotness of the pepper increases with exposure to sunlight.
