Cherry Bomb

Cherry Bomb chillies are bright red and ‘cherry’ shaped with thick fleshy walls that measure about 6cm long by 3cm wide. They  have a bit of bite (rather like a jalapeno’s heat). Cherry Bomb chilli plants are sturdy. There is a sweetness to Cherry Bomb chilies that’s quite delectable. It pairs well with cheeses and savoury meats like sausage and bacon. They are meaty too with thick walls which gives substance to your eating experience despite their size.
